1. Using Bubble

Bubble is owned and operated by Berry Street Research Group LLC. Bubble provides a website, early list, and mobile app experience for adults interested in curated, real-world dating events. By using Bubble, joining the early list, or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Bubble.
• You must provide accurate information.
• You may not impersonate someone else.
• You may not use Bubble to harass, deceive, spam, or harm anyone.
• Bubble has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users, including harassment, threats, hate, sexual misconduct, stalking, coercion, fraud, or exploitation.
• You are responsible for how you communicate and behave on dates.

2. Early Access

Bubble is opening gradually. Joining the early list or submitting an application does not guarantee access, matching, a specific timeline, or any particular outcome. We may prioritize access by location, demand, safety, operational capacity, and product fit.

3. Analytics and Tracking

Bubble uses analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Firebase, to understand how the website and iOS app are used, diagnose issues, improve onboarding, measure launch demand, and maintain product quality.

Analytics events may include page views, app launches, screen views, onboarding step progress, button taps, authentication attempt outcomes, field completion status, selected option categories, selection counts, photo selection counts and approximate upload sizes, contacts permission status, contact hash counts, application restore and submission outcomes, error categories, referral source, device and app metadata, and timing information.

Bubble designs these events to avoid sending raw sensitive content to analytics providers. We do not intentionally send raw names, email addresses, social handles, photos, contact hashes, message contents, or exact contact data as analytics event parameters. Private analytics API secrets are stored server-side and are not shipped in the public website or iOS app.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about deletion or privacy questions. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

5. Payments and Fees

Bubble does not charge a subscription or event ticket fee for early access. If Bubble invites you to confirm a real-world event or date, we may ask you to save a payment method with our payment processor before your RSVP is confirmed. Saving a payment method does not create a charge at RSVP.

The saved payment method may be charged only for the event policy shown in the app before you confirm, currently $20 for a late cancellation made after the cutoff exactly seven days before the event, and $50 for a no-show. Cancellations on or before that seven-day cutoff are not charged. You are responsible for cancelling early if your plans change.

6. Text Message Updates

You can opt into Bubble Date Updates, a text-message program from Bubble, operated by Berry Street Research Group LLC, by turning on the "Also text me Bubble Date Updates" toggle during the in-app application. The program sends service updates about your Bubble dating events, including application status updates, availability checks, match and event confirmations, event-detail changes, and feedback reminders. Consent is optional and is not a condition of joining, using Bubble, or any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or email hello@bubble.dating. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program details are on our SMS terms page.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Safety

Bubble can help with thoughtful introductions, but no service can guarantee chemistry, compatibility, safety, or conduct by another person. Use your judgment, meet in public places, and tell us if something feels wrong or violates these Terms.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The iOS app lets a matched participant block and report the other participant; submitting that action immediately prevents future matching while Bubble reviews the report. Bubble may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate this policy and may escalate credible threats when required by law.

Bubble does not allow sexual SMS conversational content in the Bubble Date Updates program. We may block, remove, or refuse to send content that violates this policy or carrier messaging requirements.

8. Changes and Availability

We may update, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of Bubble as we build, test, and launch. If we make meaningful changes to these Terms, we will update this page and adjust the last updated date.
