Account Access
Bubble sign-in uses your phone number. If you cannot receive a code, confirm the number is entered correctly and email us with the number you are trying to use. Do not send verification codes by email.
Privacy and Deletion
In the iOS app, open Account & Privacy to delete your account and connected application data. You can also email us for privacy questions or deletion help. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
SMS Updates
SMS date updates are optional. Reply STOP to any Bubble text to opt out, reply HELP for help, or review the SMS Terms.
Payments and Fees
Bubble is free to join. If you confirm a date or event, Bubble may ask for a saved payment method to cover the late-cancellation and no-show policy shown before you confirm. Email us if you have a payment question.
Safety
For safety concerns, uncomfortable behavior, or anything that feels wrong before or after a date, email us right away at hello@bubble.dating. Bubble is built around curated, real-world introductions, and we want to hear when something needs attention.
