Bubble SMS Terms

1. Program Description

Bubble offers one text messaging program through the Bubble Date Updates campaign. Depending on the consent you provide, it may send a signup confirmation containing your personal invite link, one notice when applications open, or service updates about an active application or dating event, including availability, confirmations, detail changes, and feedback reminders. The program does not send third-party advertising.

2. How You Opt In

SMS updates are off by default and require an affirmative choice.

• On an invited website signup — by entering your phone number and checking the unchecked consent box before requesting a verification code.
• In the iOS app— by turning on the "Also text me Bubble Date Updates" toggle on the Date Updates step of your application.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Website invite signup requires signup-related texts because the confirmation and application-opening notice are the service being requested. We send an opt-in confirmation text.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Invite signup sends up to four program messages, plus any verification-code resends you request. Other update frequency varies with dating activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a final message confirming the opt-out. Because Bubble uses one shared messaging profile, STOP cancels both signup and date-related Bubble texts. We will not text you again unless you opt back in by replying START or using a new affirmative consent control.

5. Age and Content Safety

Bubble is available only to people 18 and older. Bubble messaging is limited to the programs described here and disallows any sexual SMS conversational content.

6. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major US carriers; availability on other carriers may vary.

7. Privacy

Your phone number and opt-in consent are used only to deliver these updates, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Service providers that help deliver Bubble text updates may process messaging data only as needed to operate the program.
